Due to increased release prices of our suppliers and increased electricity and heating charges we are forced to raise prices of our products. A new price-list will come in operation on February 5, 2007.

Please note that New Regulations on considering reclamations by "PKF Sirius" have been compiled and sent to our large-scale customers in order to fulfill guarantee obligations of the Producer.
According to these Regulations a guarantee coupon must be inserted in each packing of springs. Its presence is compulsory when claiming compensation for quality of the goods.
The guarantee coupon contains the following information:
- -information about the producer, contact details;
- -automobile model;
- -suspension clip type (front or rear suspension);
- -class of springs (Standard or Standard plus);
- -consignment number;
- -quality service's approval mark;
- -date of sale;
- -name of the store, shop-assistant's surname.
On the carton box there must be imprinted the following data:
- -producer's logotype;
- -conformance certificate mark of the produce proving its correspondence with normative documents;
- -conformance certificate mark of the quality management system proving its compliance with the International ISO 9001:2000 Standard;
- -automobile model;
- -suspension clip type (front or rear suspension);
- -spring spacing (constant or varied pitch);
- -deflection rate (Standard or Standard Plus).

The Certificate of conformance is received for the Quality Management System in design, produce and sale of the factory springs. The certificate proves its compliance with the demands of all-Russia State Standard R ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 9001:2000 (according to the German DAR System).

Dear colleagues! Since February 15, 2006 suspension springs for automobile models VAZ 2101-2107 (front and rear suspension types) will have a new packing box design. The price of the packing box is 20 rubles per set.

Since April 15 all the products will be accompanied by a new label being a guarantee coupon in itself. It will contain the consignment number, product release date and the new address.
Please also note that the colored line of the label corresponds with the marking color of the spring coils.
