THE PRODUCE

Automobile suspension springs by "PKF Sirius" Ltd demonstrate a high quality guarantee. The factory springs have exclusive geometric and power characteristics and are highly secure in operation. The material used in production is high-quality 60C2A steel; the sticks are turned according to the 11th class of accuracy. All the manufacturing equipment is certified. The control equipment is constantly tested according to the fixed schedule. The personnel have high qualification skills and constantly undergo qualification tests. The production runs in the strict correspondence with the developed manufacturing procedures, each operation procedure being under constant quality control.

There exist the following manufacture stages in spring production:
- spring coiling;.
- oil quenching and hardness tempering;
- fivefold spring squeezing till the rings get adjoined;
- control of geometric and power characteristics of springs;
- applying of polymeric shockproof antirust coating;
- - total-lot control of static load together with culling of springs and their division into two categories: springs with positive operating load are referred to Standard Plus type (class A), those with negative operating load are referred to Standard type (class B).

Further the springs are marked according to their class by applying lines of different colors on the outer side of the four rings..
